Casino General Manager
Korston Hotels & Malls is looking for Casino General Manager
This position is responsible for all aspects of slots and table games operations including achieving annual revenue, P&L, cost and inventory control ensuring that profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals are met. Provides leadership and sets high expectations to ensure an entertaining experience for guests and an exciting and professional working environment for staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
- 7-10 ear’s experience as General Manager in Casino management
- Proven record as GM of growing gaming business
- Strong knowledge of casino operations
- Positive experience in execution of pre-opening projects
- Must be a strategic thinker
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience increasing gaming revenues/profits and building executive team skills and competencies.
- Knowledge of player tracking systems, financial analysis, marketing software systems plus excellent computer skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GM is responsible for the day to day successful, efficient, and profitable operations of the Casino
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan and vision for gaming operations
- Leads, develops and monitors the Slot and Table Games Department's operations, fiscal budgets, and marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability
- Maximizes daily revenues and manages costs, labor and cash control.
- Responsible for all aspects of guest relations and the quality of experience that cast members deliver to guests.
- Responsible for the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processes
- Responsible for the development, interpretation, and implementation of departmental policies, operating procedures, and training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations.
