Korston Hotel Moscow’s Chef Thierry Vergnault will be featured on Prime Recipe, the weekly cooking show which airs on the Russia Today television channel. The show was a triumph for the French chef who demonstrated that cooking by a master of his caliber is a real art. Prime Recipe features chefs from Moscow’s top hotels and restaurants as they prepare their recipes for viewers with the show’s presenter, Martyn Andrews.
Preparations for the show’s taping began early in the morning. At 9 o’clock, the camera crew took its place in the open kitchen of EVOO, the hotel’s new Italian restaurant, where it was met by a vivacious Chef Vergnault. The show’s crew admired the restaurant’s open kitchen as much as the chef’s cooking. Every guest had the opportunity to participate in the show, too.
Chef Vergnault chose to prepare dishes that he both considered most interesting in terms of preparation and those which were most popular with the guests. Cooking each of the dishes together with Martyn took Chef Vergnault no more than 20 minutes. This master class with Korston’s main specialist in cooking was a hit with Prime Recipe’s crew and EVOO guests alike.
