Deputy General Manager

Korston Hotels & Malls is looking for Deputy General Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Deputy General Manager will be reporting directly into the General Manager
• Work closely with all department managers in people management, finance and budgeting, sales and revenue management
• The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for management, supervision, motivation and staff development
• Manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensuring high level of service to guests and that their expectations are met on all occasions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Hotel Management
• Have extensive Hotel management experience as a deputy GM or operations manager in all Hotel departments.
• International experience & exposure
• Positive experience in execution of pre-opening hotel projects
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced pro-active team player, committed and driven to achieve high standards and departmental goals, along with being an inspirational leader and motivator, and be able to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent English and Russian
